This week the PlayStation website posting a blog revealing the brand new DualSense controller for the upcoming PlayStation 5 console. The controller boasts haptic feedback, and reactive triggers in the L and R buttons to improve the immersion experience while playing games. The Share button has been revamped and renamed to the Create button though it will still have all of the expected features for sharing game content.
The DualSense microphone is located behind the touch pad on the face of the controller. The lightbar has also been incorporated into the face of the controller. DualSense will sport a two-toned monochrome design which is new to PlayStation controllers.
The PlayStation 5 console itself has yet to be revealed. As of now there is no release date scheduled.
